Anaida says about
CHORI CHORI:
"I
think this album is very earthy, for me I wanted tunes
that go to my heart, stuff that you feel is familiar
with your soul, I wanted a certain rawness in it... I
feel my strength is the fact
that I sing with utmost feeling. I really feel what I
sing, I flirt with the words...! That's what I did to
'Oonchi Neechi,' that's the one that has me written
all over it, the soft side, the sensitivity, the
hesitation, it's very me! I think this album is also
about innocent love. I am sick of the speed everyone
goes about in their lives, that includes love. They
don't stop to taste what they are eating, they just
gulp it down to get rid of the hunger. They do the
same with love..."
